Post Halloween pictures
The kids were thrilled for Halloween this year. They planned out costumes, pumpkin carving, lights for the sidewalk and how to catch the pumpkin thieves. They were also really excited to eat candy. We discovered with growing children that our stash of costumes wasn't going to work. A few handmade costumes later and we were ready for the night. Trunk-or-treating was quick painless and over. My kind of candy gathering:) We spent some time visiting family and then made it home for a late dinner and stake out of the pumpkin thieves. The kids were all dressed in black and ready to catch some would be juvenile pumpkin snatchers. They watched four drive by's and then had to come in for bed, bummer. There plan was to startle the unsuspecting pumpkin snatchers with an airsoft pellet to the behinder. Sadly bedtime came and since school was the next day there was not room for negotiating bedtimes. Pumpkins were safely nestled in the garage for the night, kids went to their beds attempting to come down off of a monumental annual sugar high and hubby and I sighed. Whew we made it:)
