Gone

I just gave away much of my preschool school supplies. I have mixed emotions. The time spent and memories are priceless. So many years teaching my seven children and several pre-K co-ops. It was a learning opportunity for me to see how they all learned and what worked. I am thrilled all of my children have started their school years with a firm foundation in the basics. However, with no more children on the horizon and the change in education to a more Ipad friendly version these oldies but goodies aren't needed here anymore. It took me over an hour to dust off, photograph and upload these to give them away. Less than 30 seconds later someone in my community saw  the Facebook post and wanted them. That was fast:) I am happy these well loved treasures are going to a home were little ones will spend hours playing and learning as they get ready for their "first day" of school.

I did keep some things should we adopt or spend time with future grandchildren we will have fun things to do:)
